See hereThis sensational 2020 Dethleffs Pulse GT A-Class motorhome has covered just 19,000 miles and is a superb example of just how luxurious and beautifully thought-out a modern motorhome can be.
Dethleffs have been building leisure vehicles in Germany for generations and the Pulse GT sits firmly at the more sophisticated end of the spectrum. The full A-Class body gives it a wonderfully commanding presence on the road, with that vast panoramic windscreen providing an exceptional view from the driving seat. It feels every inch a proper long-distance touring machine.
Inside is where the Pulse GT really comes into its own. The contemporary interior is light, spacious and extremely well finished, with clever ambient lighting and the sort of attention to detail that makes spending extended periods aboard genuinely enjoyable. There is a real feeling of space throughout and, whether sitting down for dinner, relaxing at the end of a day's travelling or simply enjoying the view from somewhere beautiful, it is an exceptionally pleasant place to be.
With only 19,000 miles from new, this example presents superbly and has clearly had a very easy life. The condition throughout is exceptional and it has that reassuring feeling of a motorhome that has been cherished rather than simply used.
For me, the appeal of something like this is the freedom it gives you. Load it up, point it towards Scotland, the Alps, the South of France or wherever takes your fancy and take your hotel with you. Proper beds, your own kitchen and bathroom, plenty of space and comfort, and the ability to wake up somewhere completely different whenever you choose.
It is difficult to imagine a more civilised way of travelling.
A sensational, low-mileage Dethleffs Pulse GT A-Class and one that is ready for its next adventure.
